Join road captain Michelle Thomson on a historic ride through the Black Hills of South Dakota. Michelle Thomson has been in the tourism industry in the Black Hills for 20 years. Since May of 2014, she has served as the president of Black Hills and Badlands Tourism Association, where she leads the team which has been promoting this region as a leisure destination and providing numerous cooperative opportunities for the benefit of its members for over 75 years. Michelle starting riding a motorcycle at 13 when she received a dirt bike as a birthday gift and has been riding ever since. Having lived in South Dakota all of her life, working in the tourism industry and enjoying the top-notch riding available in the Black Hills, she has a true appreciation for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally and the impact it has on this region, including bringing in millions of diverse motorcycle enthusiasts to enjoy the area.
The Sturgis Motorcycle Rally is the perfect chance to get out and enjoy some top notch riding through the Black Hills. The Angel's Ride will allow women riders of all kinds to join together and ride. All levels of experience are welcome. This will provide the perfect opportunity for new riders to gain a new experience and learn from experienced riders some new tips and tricks to mastering the road. And it will allow experienced riders to network and make new friends to learn from as well.
The Angel's Ride will not only allow riders to mingle and learn from each other, but also take in the beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota. There is nothing like the winding roads and elevation changes through Hills covered in trees to relax you and give you a real feeling for what the Black Hills are really like.
